This Is How It Works:

* Our Inspections generally take 2-3 hours....longer if necessary.  We are NOT in a race....thoroughness is the key here.

* We request that you [our Client] attend the inspection with us, for your knowledge, information and peace of mind.

* We welcome your questions, throughout the Inspection Process.

* After the Inspection is finished, we will then prepare your report and meet with you again...normally within 24 hours with your Report in hand and we will review it with you at that time.

What We Will NOT Do:

* We will not rush thru a 45 minute to an hour Inspection, while slapping together a checklist, and then hand the checklist to you as an "inspection" and leave.

* We will not ask you to stay out of our way while we inspect your new home.

* We will not consider anyone our client except you.

* We will never have any obligation to any party other than you [our Client] in the inspection process.
